Points are awarded for filling the settings page before the settings have been completed.

Please give us a description of what happened

I have a pending tasks that says I should complete the Progress Planner settings page. When I make a single change on the page, it already crosses off the task to complete the settings page, and get a point on my monthly goals. This means I'm never again triggered to complete the settings.

To Reproduce

Step-by-step reproduction instructions

1. Install progress planner
2. Go to the PP dashboard and verify you have the pending task 'fill settings page'
3. Go to the PP settings page
4. Set your about page, but none of the others. Click Save.
5. Go back to the PP dashboard

Expected results

1. The task to still be in Ravi's Recommendations, and no points being awarded before all the settings are completed.

Actual results

1. Confetti and a point.
