1516_Hot Cross Buns missing sequence 1

Hello, the Ixal society quest "Hot Cross Buns" says it is missing sequence 1 (in the chat) but the Questionable window itself says missing sequence 255. This happens as soon as you accept the quest, best I can tell.

Hi, that indicates that the quest isn't properly filled out, and is lacking support for the CompleteQuest step, which goes in sequence 255. This is pretty common for Disabled quests, people (myself included) might commit a WIP path as disabled with the intent of finishing it later. I'll see if I can get this quest figured out as it's available to my main today, but can't promise anything. Thanks for the bug report
