Add a dark mode

I get blinded every time I visit the site! It would be cool if we had an official dark mode

1. This should be an optional toggle
2. The site should store your choice and remember the next time you visit
3. Text should be readable and have good contrast with the background

I’ve got the project fully running locally (venv + runserver and the full Docker setup with Postgres/Redis/MinIO/Task). Everything works, but the local DB is empty and I don’t have access to the Heroku pythonie app, so I can’t run task database:pull.

Before I start the dark-mode work, what’s the recommended way to get representative content locally?
– Should I just create a minimal dataset in Wagtail admin, or
– Is there a fixture / anonymised dump / standard sample data contributors usually use?

Happy to proceed either way, just want to follow the usual workflow.

If not, I think a minimal dummy dataset might be the way to go

Dark mode is implemented and working locally with the dummy data.

I’m also not fully sure about other third-party UI components that might be injected. If you can point me to the ones used in production, I’ll set them up locally and make sure the dark theme applies cleanly to those as well.

I've merged that now. Testing with the real data and third party integrations sounds like a bit of a headache, so given it's a low-risk change we'll just deploy it, and revert if something goes wrong :)
