Add management command to generate sample content

Hey,

Once everything is up and running, currently we only have a blank wagtail application. Would it be possible to get a sample dump of the actual database?

If size is an issue, you could use some service like Dropbox, Google Drive or Mega to send it.

Instead of providing a database dump, we could use FactoryBoy to generate sample data.

Benefits:

• No exposure of sensitive production data
• Version-controlled alongside the code
• Easy to regenerate and maintain
• Can also be reused for tests

Implementation idea:

1. Add factory-boy to dev dependencies
2. Create factories for each model (HomePage, SimplePage, Sponsor, Speaker, Session, Meetup, etc.)
3. Add a management command like generate_sample_data to populate the database

If someone wants to pick this up and create a branch, that would be really cool!

I’ve opened a PR that adds a management command to generate sample content using FactoryBoy, as discussed above.

It includes factories for the core models and a generate_sample_content command to populate the database with realistic data for local development and testing.

Would appreciate a review when you have time, happy to adjust anything if needed.
