we find a lot of people constantly get confused about the units when using these gates, so one proposal we come up during standup is add a suffix to these gates, e.g U3 -> U3rad I'm wondering if there are other cases we should add a suffix? e.g rot maybe? I think just changing the lowering wrapper's name is sufficient to make this explicit to users, not sure if there are other things can be improved to make this UX better.
