There may be a way to fix this relatively easily, I will check how those paths are being resolved right now and will see if it's possible. Thanks for the idea |

@slagathor69 You can specify custom storage paths in Settings. See the latest version: https://github.com/aahepburn/RAG-Assistant-for-Zotero/releases/tag/v0.4.5 |

Uh oh!
There was an error while loading. Please reload this page.
This is probably obvious but PDFs must be stored in ~/Zotero/storage.
I was having issues with the application finding any PDFs at all but realized since I use ZotMoov, all my PDFs are kept in a custom directory of ~/Desktop/Zotero PDFs so I can have these synced to cloud to read.
In case anyone else has same issue: to solve this, I selected all files in Zotero with Cmd/Ctrl-a and then from Tools > Attachments > Convert all linked files to stored.
It would be nice if in future versions of this application, a custom directory of PDFs was able to be set but unsure how incompatible this is, given program uses the sqlite file.
Either way, I really appreciate this application and love that I can use the custom ollama hosted on my remote desktop!
