Deprecate the profile JSON routes

With the Quilt Server Bootstrap coming up, we should consider only leaving it on Meta v3 and let it be usable for 6 months before being removed in favor of QSB;
The major obstacle so far is that it depends on Quilt Server Bootstrap to be finished before Meta v3 is dropped, which can happen but it also can be a non-reliable target

All profile JSON routes will be dropped, due to their exponential nature, making them unsuitable for Meta. The data needed to generate them will be made available, and a first party API can be envisaged.
