Improve rocm performance

Howdy, is this where I come to talk to the devs about making rocm work better to accelerate AI workloads? I joined the discord but its dead over there, where are the people doing the work!?

No. No one provides hardware access.

we are here to download free rocm drivers (which are made by amd engineers with great care, as part of their business), try them, and ask voluntary help from others in the community.

each of us has a pc with an amd gpu locally.
