Display CAA image dimensions: Grey out or mark unavailable image sizes

Not at all necessary (since Display CAA image dimensions already displays the image size), but a nice-to-have - could it also hide, grey out, unlink, or otherwise mark unavailable image sizes?

For instance, if the original uploaded image is 600px, it would display:
All sizes: 250px | 500px | 1200px | original

FYI, I linked to your script on CAA-33, which I found while looking at MBS-5507 (which requests the same functionality I am requesting here).
