ECAU: Event Art Archive (EAA) image URL paste support

I would love to be able to paste image URL's into:
https://musicbrainz.org/event/*/add-event-art
https://beta.musicbrainz.org/event/*/add-event-art

I thought I saw a banner saying it had been added in a previous script update, but it has never worked for me, and I can't find anything in the code :)
