Describe the bug

I'm using app.follow.is to access Follow, maybe after update to 0.29.0? when i refresh webpage, the version will jitter in 0.28.0 and 0.29.0, and after update to 0.30.0, it also jitter in 0.29.0 and 0.30.0, it has reproduced these days frequently, maybe some issue about server?

And now is jitter in 0.29.0 and 0.31.0
