UMLS:may_treat and UMLS:may_be_treated_by should map to biolink:treats_or_applied_or_studied_to_treat

Currently, UMLS:may_treat and UMLS:may_be_treated_by are mapped to biolink:related_to, which is semantically much broader than what it should be; I think these source relations should be mapped to biolink:treats_or_applied_or_studied_to_treat.
