Fix the back to top button

Describe the bug

##description -->
1--> fix the back to top button , it's hover effect is not smooth and not looks good on hover

2--> On uploading file it is giving error that k function is not defined

To Reproduce

Go to dashboard and upload file for second issue
and for first issue hover on back to top button

Expected behavior

Upload file successfully and backtotop button hover run smoothly
