Configuring TLS Secured Network on Raspberry Pi with USB WiFi Dongle (wlan1)

I am setting up my Raspberry Pi running RasAP to connect to a TLS-secured network using a USB WiFi dongle (wlan1). I found the following configuration for wpa_supplicant.conf:

I use wlan0 to create an AP on the Raspberry Pi. Where exactly should I set up this configuration to ensure the USB WiFi dongle (wlan1) connects to the secured network correctly? Any guidance on properly configuring and troubleshooting this setup would be greatly appreciated.
