fix: resolve scope bug, dead code, and inconsistent secret patterns
- Fix _detect_high_severity in web/api/roast.py: PASSWORD_PATTERN check was outside the for loop, causing it to only check the last line from the PLACEHOLDER loop (and crash with NameError on empty/short files) - Remove unused TODO_PATTERN, URL_PATTERN, PRINT_PATTERN dead code - Add ^\\s* anchors to HARDCODED_SECRET_PATTERNS in security.py to only match variable assignments (consistent with web/api/roast.py fix) 🤖 Generated with Codebuff Co-Authored-By: Codebuff <noreply@codebuff.com>
