Bot frequently does not respond

About 33% of rolls on my Discord server using the DiceParser bot made using the /r command fail to respond. I cannot determine any conditions that trigger this occurring. It occurs irrespective of user, channel, command, and internet connection source.

Also having this issue. tried kicking and re-adding it, which sometimes works, but hasn't today.

Yes, I have an issue with my internet. It crashed time to time. I have to call the support of my ISP, to see if they have any idea the issues.

Have you thought of cloud hosting it?

I'm not an idiot.
But it is expensive to do so. As the bot need a lot of cpu and Memory. The cheapest offer is not suitable for the bot. I should get better hardware.
I don't earn Money from the bot.

I 'm about to release an Android application with the dice system in it and other stuffs. If I sell enough I will take a server in an hosting company.

I'm asking as an amateur trying to be helpful.

Is there a way to have a back up server, or maybe let people host their own copy to reduce the workload of your own server and increase up time?

I just got my ISP support, they told me that my device is trying to install an update and fail. Which is currently causing the issue.
We did a reset factory of my device and they will send me a new one (new generation) it should fix all the issue.

So, normally it will be ok and in case it is not, the new device will fix it. So we just have to wait a bit.
