Google Photos Premium does NOT work

Tried the GPhotos Morphe app; it says it's backing everything up in original quality but it all still takes storage space. this has maxed out my accounts storage overnight.

Please use older version not latest there is problem in new patched google photo old one is good to go my recommend version is 7.75
