Not directly a problem, but an enhancement. The current repository lacks Traditional Chinese (zh-Hant) translations for documentation, which can hinder contributions or understanding from Traditional Chinese-speaking users.

Integrate the Traditional Chinese translation for README.md and CONTRIBUTING.md that was submitted in pull request #722. This will make the repository more accessible to a broader audience.

No alternatives were considered for providing Traditional Chinese translations, as PR #722 already provides a direct solution.
