objectXMLWrap has contents changed during conversion

The objectXMLWrap in source2 has some new xmlns attributes within it, which I'm not clear on - should the transformer be changing the contents of objectXMLWrap?

The changes are superfluous, but don't change the result. However, there's no need for the XSTL namespaces to be added to the objectXMLWrap results, so I'll update this with a new branch.
