Please consider maintaining a project template to quickly start new Community projects with the recommended configuration

https://github.com/SFDO-Community-Sprints/Welcome/wiki/Sample-Sprint-Project-README.md-file is a great structure, but from a developer perspective it would be better to maintain that in a project template like https://github.com/salesforce/oss-template.

This makes it easier for someone to clone (or fork?) the template project to get started as well as being able to suggest improvements to the template (like including information about testing with https://metecho.herokuapp.com/) in each project.
