The approval email is being cc'd to [email protected] (the sprinty BCC to Salesforce email, I think), and that email is bouncing. I think this can just be removed from the emails. I don't think it's needed.

I'm not sure if something we did this changed or if it has to do with which user is running the flow at the time. I can check again after a few more resources have been approved and see if the bcc is being added.
Let me know if there is something else you think I should check.
