Old issue, but for those who (like me) is searching for an answer: yes, this addon works both on Retail (Shadowlands) and WotLK Classic versions of the game as is, it's just marked as outdated.
Would be nice if someone updated the supported versions of it so that people could install this awesome addon from the addon clients!
