files are missing

When I executed scripts/llama-2/taid.sh, I encountered an error related to missing evaluation files that are loaded in src/metrics.py.

It seems that exact_match.py and rouge.py are missing. 

I have completed the files and ran the code, but I am not sure if my code is correct. 

Could you please upload the missing files?
