Duplicate rows encountered under Custom Fields.

Describe the bug

Under Custom Fields there are duplicate rows with identical column entries in custom fields across versions 3.2 and 4.11. The duplicacy is more prominent in historical objects in version 3.2, which are renamed to normal objects in version 4.11. For example, "Opportunity (Historical)" in version 3.2 corresponds to "Opportunity" in version 4.11, both having the same field name "Amount"
