Duel logging/recording

Dueling Book is capable of providing a log of each card movement as a game progresses, and we all know that YGOPro has its replay system (which itself is flawed due to it intended for debugging).

For Salvation, we'll need to come up with our own logging/recording system. We'll use this Issue to discuss how we'll work on it.
