Questions for FFmpeg binary update

Hi,

When I used this ffmpeg-binding, I have problems.

1. Interlaced h264 video is not supported from ESPlayer of Tizen .NET
   (Progressive h264 video is well played)
2. AC3 audio is not supported. (codec open is failed)

So, I want to update FFmpeg library that have available codec.
Even if FFmpeg library version is not able to update, I want to enable more codec options.

Could you please help me how to do it?
