Add zoom/measurement visualisation option

Description:

• In the main GUI, add a tool to go through each cell and plot some measurements (fluo intensities, size, etc. can probably be done programmatically for all, whilst also zooming in on a specified cell. Alternatively, allow users to filter for such measurements (for example, cells that are present for extremely long)
• Output either into own csw or somehow into main output CSV
• Add presets/user "profiles" which can be saved and loaded
• Add FUCCI preset
