Issues with keys_held and Caps Lock

The following can be seen in the wasd unit test in KeyEventUnits.ipynb.

There are still issues with Shift and Caps Lock, wherein if 'a' is pressed, then Shift is pressed, then 'a' is released, keys_held will still report 'a' as being held.
