[Bug] [high priority] Dining data changing after page load

Expected Behavior

Simplest solution? Probably just simulate an actual browser and wait a few seconds before scraping the html.

First few ms on page load:

Actual data is populated later

We can see this discrepancy in the network tab as well (pretty hard to reproduce, but it happens!)
