Creatures produced by creature-generated eggs sold in all stores will not be removed.

Only entities spawned by plugins and registered to the game are despawned once the game ends.

Entities spawned using vanilla measures are not tracked.

That being said, this is not rly a bug, this is working as intended. This is more or less feature request for providing alternative to registering the entity using API method BedWarsAPI#registerEntityToGame(Entity, Game)
