Weird frame jitter on AC1 DirectX 10 mode

I'am getting an annoying jitter that happens frequently when using this mod (it doesn't appear in vanilla). It lasts for 1 frame, but I've taken a recording and then a screenshot from that video showing that the frame is literally the same as the current image on screen, but the camera is moved a little up. It's quite annoying to play with, anyone got any ideas of a fix?

Try disabling D3D10_RemoveDuplicateResolutions in ini and see if that helps
