Category navigation should accept ?cat=ID as alternative to hierarchical URL #7

Description

Summary

Tasks 269, 271, 273 reject valid navigation using ?cat=ID parameter on parent category pages, which shows identical results to the hierarchical subcategory URL.

Example: Task 273

Both URLs show the same "Accent Furniture under $199" listing:

URL Valid?
Expected /home-kitchen/furniture/accent-furniture.html?price=0-199
Agent /home-kitchen.html?cat=157&price=0-199 ✅ (rejected)

Affected Tasks

Task Expected Path Equivalent ?cat=ID Path
269 /clothing-shoes-jewelry/women/shoes.html /clothing-shoes-jewelry.html?cat=144
271 /beauty-personal-care/makeup/makeup-remover.html /beauty-personal-care.html?cat=<id>
273 /home-kitchen/furniture/accent-furniture.html /home-kitchen.html?cat=157

Fix

Accept both URL formats for category navigation, or add alternative expected URLs.
