DCA: Input and Output on the differential DB15 port are swapped #105

Current DCA revision: REV20260129A
While soldering and testing the DCA board REVA, I noticed that the input and output ports on the differential side DB15 are swapped. This forced me to use jumper cables as opposed to the initial plan of using DB15 cables.
Approach
Close this issue by:
- Swapping the pinout on that port to match the desired pinout.
