Cant find videocache plugin for Android

Cant build Android project. Build failed with with an exception

Could not determine the dependencies of task ':app:processDebugResources'.

Could not resolve all task dependencies for configuration ':app:debugRuntimeClasspath'.
Could not find com.danikula:videocache:2.7.1.

fix it by adding to my android/build.gradle

allprojects{
  repositories{
     maven {
            url('$rootDir/../../../node_modules/react-native-video-cache-control/android/libs')
     }
  }
}

and adding in node_modules/react-native-video-cache-control/android/build.gradle

repositories {
...
    maven {
        url("$rootDir/../node_modules/react-native-video-cache-control/android/libs")
    }
...
}
