Tooltips: Dark background is too short, spans only 60 % of text

Lix 0.10.32 on Arch x64, package allegro has version 5.2.11.3-1.

The dark background of the tooltips spans only 60 % of the tooltip's text width. This happens both with the small-print tooltips (e.g., when you hover over skill buttons) and with the large-print tooltips (e.g., when you edge-scroll, Lix tells you about hold-mouse-button scrolling.)

Expected instead: The tooltip's dark background spans 100 % of the tooltip's text width, including a little margin at the left and right of the text.
