Investigate and decide on an intermediate representation (LLVM IR, MLIR, or custom IR) for the transpiler.
Tasks:

  • Study the benefits of LLVM IR and MLIR.
  • Decide on the best IR for Rust-to-Go translation.
  • Document findings and reasoning.
