when caddy renews certificates, nginx doesn't reload them because it doesn't know about it (it doesn't watch the files for changes)

normally it's not a problem because it will reload new certificate every time it's restarted and usually portals restart every week or two for updates but in case a portal is not restarted and old certificate has been outdated, it will cause ssl issues
