Description (REQUIRED)
The diamond drill is not working, I tried breaking obsidian, stone, etc and the drill was not doing anything and was just acting like a normal shovel
Steps to reproduce the Issue (REQUIRED)
Get the drill and try to break obsidan, stone, ETC (as the drill says)
Expected behavior (REQUIRED)
For the drill to have instantly broke the stone etc
