✨ Following effects #11

@youarereadingthis

Description

@youarereadingthis

What would you like to add?

A "following effect" is something that follows a target as if it were a child without actually being a direct child so that it can keep playing until the effect is done.

You might have noticed that if you parent a particle or sound it might stop the instant the object is destroyed. This solves that.

Components

 • ParticlesFollowingEffect
 • SoundFollowingEffect

Any extra information?

From the FollowingEffect summary:

/// Allows an effect to follow something without being a child.
/// It is not destroyed along with the target, allowing the effect to finish playing.
/// Destroys the object it is on if the effect is done or wasn't configured properly.
