💻 Dedicated server launch settings

You give something the console command attribute and you can use it when launching a server.

We should integrate this into core features and let people know how to extend this.

• Make console commands of relevant core features(map/mode/whatever).
• Wiki documentation for server launch commands(existing/new).

Blocks & Bullets has this. You can set the map/mode filters.

Example:
sbox-server.exe +map mana +modes gib,ctf
This would launch into the "Mana" map and restrict gamemodes to "Ludicrous Gibs" and "Capture The Flag".
