I'm having a very strange issue where if dynaores is installed it'll break the textures of the books in the EBWizardry Bookshelves. If you have VintageFix installed and enable dynamic resources it'll fix it but unfortunately I have to keep it disabled for RLFoliage. I've tried it on a fresh instance with only the 2 mods installed with default configs and the textures were still broken. It took a lot of disabling mods until I finally found that DynaOres was the culprit (Which is one of the last mods I expected to be causing the issue).
Here's the broken book textures if only EBWizardry and Dynaores is installed.
And here's the correct textures when only EBWizardry is installed.
