Raw ores don't apply Fortune effect when Mined with Tinkers' Antique Luck

When using the Luck modifier from Tinkers (Standin for Fortune) it doesn't seem to allow for multiple ores to drop.

I have a feeling I know why it happens, if tinkers modifies the fortune after the mod handles the drops then I could see it not working properly.

I have a few ideas to test, I'll see if I can get it working without breaking autosmelting tools.
