`pnpm` alternative to `safe-npm`

This issue to track the future release of a pnpm alternative to socket's safe-npm. Interested folks can subscribe to this thread to get notified when it is available.

Also, perhaps someone from socket can reference this thread from the docs so other interested users can find it and subscribe for updates if they wish.
