Career Paths - Each path should have individual URL/page

From the readability and SEO perspective, it's good to have individual pages with unique URLs for each subsection.

Currently, Career paths has all the paths on one page. Ideally, each subsection should have it's own individual URL/page.

The URLs should look something like this http://softdevpk.com/career-paths/android-development

We already have the individual pages with their respective links.
