- Changelings can only fly whilst disguised if they are disguised as an entity/player who can also fly
- Fixed server crash when kicking trees
- Health is worth twice as much as hunger

- Hunger cost scales to the amount of food produced

Bumping the major version for this, since this is the point I can finally say all the original features intended for the mod have been re-implemented. We now have a paging/progression/story-mode system for the spellbook.
No pages (except for a very rough preface) in it, though. Those will come later in the 1.x builds.
