Motion support

Is it realistic to add support for SCN5 2DOF Frex style SimConMotion motion seat clone?
I am trying to connect them to Linux host via RS485-to-USB converter (I'll report the result here). Stil in shipping.

Basically, question would be would you add motion queuing to monocoque? Not a walk in the park. :)

yeah, i'm happy to add all sorts of stuff. It's a tradeoff of having everything in one spot, or create separate apps for everything which is inline with the unix philosophy, and I have simapi separated into its own thing just for that purpose.

it's a matter of reverse engineering the hardware, i've done that sort of thing for other devices in monocoque, i'd be happy to help, but like you say, it's no guarantee and not a walk in the park.
