Support for global menu bar

On MacOS as well as Linux desktops with a global menu option like KDE and Budgie, the menu's that are under the gear icon should be in the system's global menu bar as well.

Currently it only contains a "Window" menu which lacks the content of the one in the app.

For macOS it's planned but it's not in my priority list. But for the fragmented Linux desktop I don't think this will ever come (and I say that as a full time Linux user), there's no freedesktop.org standardized protocol for global menus and DBusMenu is unmaintained / deprecated.

suggestion: toggleability. Idk how MacOS works but leaving users decide where they want it seems very ecode

Apps with a hamburger menu like this, usually just have their menu's in both places on MacOS. No reason to leave the system menu empty on purpose, it's always there after all.

I have no problem making it togglable once this is implemented and enabled by default. I personally don't like the global menu bar, but you can't disable it in macOS, so you kinda need to embrace it.
