Sar'garin Ve'xelt: Doesn't cast spells at all, just goes melee.
Ordolath's Candle quest states he's located west of Nashkel, but the area is south from Nashkel, slightly south east.
Typo on Ordolath's Candle finished quest text: "has given us our reward,and disappeared"
Typo on Ring from the Grave: "along the inner face of ring"

Pique responds "Here, take this. He dropped it, and I know not what it means...." but the script doesn't give you any item:
