maybe small bug with Magnad and Winorma (rescuing their children)

Bug description

Playing EET, some areas of NToftsC get accessible before Chapter5 and getting quest for Northern citadel from Duke.
I however did not visited that areas before getting quest.

Upon entering BG City for first time (quest still did not start as I needed to finish Scar quest and reach Duke), these two characters (Magnad and Winorma) approached me and given me quest to save their children.

Playing than NTotsC, once I get to Fields of the dead, I rescued them and rescued also Pandris (a man there). Pandris quest gete completed once I returned to his wife in Ulgoth Beard.

However, Magnad and Winorma is nowhere to be found although quest is still opened, and last line in it says that I did rescued their children.

I'm playing Master of this, nor release, so I'm aware that things could be incomplete that way. Weidu state 5.1.0 version.

Are they repositioned somewhere else or this is bug?

Expected behavior

Magnag and Winorma always before stayed at about same place where I meet them first time, so quest would complete by talking to them after rescuing their children.
