I'm looking for a POS web solution for a restaurant (outside the US, in case it matters). I was thinking of a local web server with spina-pos running in LAN and connecting to a printer via CUPS.

I'm comfortable with ruby and found this repo, though when running bundle add spina-pos it failed to locate the gem so I'm not sure how to proceed.
